Good irons, slow shipping

I ordered an Iron Set from In The Hole Golf. The clubs themselves were exactly what I expected, top quality. Packaging was solid, everything arrived safely. However, shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, about 8 days to reach my place in upstate New York. Customer service was helpful when I called to check on the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, I'd shop here again for the product selection and service, but they could definitely speed up their delivery times.

Best golf shoes ever!

I just got my new Golf Shoes from In The Hole Golf and I am so happy with them! They fit perfectly and are super comfortable right out of the box. The website was so easy to navigate, I found exactly what I was looking for in minutes. Shipping was fast too, got them in under a week. I'm telling all my golf buddies about this site, seriously, you have to check them out. I will absolutely be ordering more gear from here soon!

Found a good deal on a rangefinder

I was looking for a new Laser Rangefinder and In The Hole Golf had a pretty sweet deal going on. I compared prices with a couple other sites and theirs was definitely the best I could find at the time. I also got free shipping because my order was over 99 bucks, which always helps. The rangefinder came in good time, maybe five days to get to my house in Florida. It's working perfectly on the course. Felt like I got great value for my money and didn't have to break the bank for a quality product. Will check them out again for future golf gear.

Got my new driver, happy!

I bought a new Driver from In The Hole Golf last week. It shipped pretty quick, like, I think it was here in about four days, which is good since I live in Arizona. The website was easy to use, found what I wanted without any hassle. It just felt really smooth from start to finish. Definitely a good experience all around.

Thinking of grabbing a new launch monitor from In The Hole Golf. Are their electronics legit?

P Putt_for_Dough 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer

Yeah, I got my Skytrak from them last year. Came in the original box, everything sealed. No issues.

G Golf_Nerd_99 1 month ago

Good to know. Saw some sketchy sites out there.

F Fairway_Finder 1 month ago

Mine was good too, but their warranty process for a different item was a bit slow.

C Chip_Shot_Charlie 1 month ago

Authentic for sure.

B Bogey_Blaster 1 month ago

Got a Garmin GPS watch from them. It's the real deal, no fakes.

How's the return policy at In The Hole Golf? Bought a putting trainer that's not working for me.

R Return_Ace 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

It's pretty standard. You usually have 30 days, but it has to be unused and in original packaging. Read the fine print on electronics.

5

P Putter_Problems 2 weeks ago

Mine is still in the box, so that should be fine.

2

G Glove_Gal 2 weeks ago

I returned a glove once, no problems. Refund took about a week.

7

S Service_Savvy 2 weeks ago

They're generally good about it. Just contact customer service for an RMA.

Will do, thanks!

Does In The Hole Golf ever do a site-wide sale? Waiting for a deal on some new irons.

E Eagle_Eye_Joe 4 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

They do sometimes! I got 10% off during a holiday sale last year. Keep an eye out for Black Friday or Father's Day.

15

I Iron_Man_Golfer 4 weeks ago

Nice, I'll hold out then.

4

F Fairway_Fashionista 4 weeks ago

They also do a newsletter sign-up offer, usually 5-10%.

7

P Practice_Pro 4 weeks ago

Their training aid discounts pop up more often. Full sets are rarer for big discounts.

That's what I figured.

Anyone compared In The Hole Golf to Golf Galaxy for club prices?

D Deal_Driver 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer

Sometimes In The Hole Golf has better deals, especially on older models or during their specific sales. But Golf Galaxy can price match.

19

G Gadget_Golfer 1 week ago

I've found ITHG to be cheaper on training aids usually.

1

P Price_Hunter 1 week ago

Good point about price matching. Didn't think of that.

7

F Fitter_Fan 1 week ago

Golf Galaxy has the in-person fitting advantage. ITHG is purely online, so you gotta know what you want.

6

P Price_Hunter 1 week ago

Yeah, I'm just looking for a specific club, no fitting needed.

Is In The Hole Golf a real company? Just found them searching for a new driver.

T Trusted_Tee 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Totally legit. Bought from them for years. They're based in Arizona.

12

F Fairway_Fanatic 2 weeks ago

Yeah, way better than some of the random golf sites out there.

3

S Skeptical_Swinger 2 weeks ago

Good to hear, was a bit wary.

3

J Junior_Jockey 2 weeks ago

Yep, they've been around a while. My dad uses them too.

My In The Hole Golf order tracking isn't updating. Anyone else have this?

G Green_Seeker 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer

Mine did that once. Took an extra day to show movement then suddenly delivered. Shipping can be a bit inconsistent with them.

5

S Slice_Master_7 1 month ago

Ugh, hope it's not lost.

5

T Tee_Time_Tim 1 month ago

Same. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it's like watching grass grow.

D Divot_Diva 1 month ago

Happened to me on a bag. I just called them and they gave me the updated info over the phone.

Got a first order discount code but it's not working on my In The Hole Golf cart. Any tips?

C Coupon_Caddy 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Check if it has exclusions. Sometimes it's only for certain brands or not on already discounted items. Happened to me once.

13

N Newbie_Golfer 3 weeks ago

Ah, didn't think of that. I'm trying to buy a clearance driver.

3

B Bunker_Buddy 3 weeks ago

Yeah, their coupons are often finicky with clearance stuff.

1

T Tech_Tee 3 weeks ago

Make sure you're logged in, sometimes that helps. And double-check for typos.

Considering a push cart from In The Hole Golf. How was shipping speed for larger items?

P Push_Cart_Pro 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer

Got a Clicgear from them last spring. Took about 5 days, which was decent for a big box.

15

W Walk_The_Course 1 week ago

Mine arrived in 4 days. Packaging was sturdy.

6

C Cart_Craver 1 week ago

That's not bad. Was worried it would take forever.

4

C Club_Collector 1 week ago

Ordered a full set of clubs and they came in 3 days. Free shipping over $99 always helps.

5

C Cart_Craver 1 week ago

Sweet, free shipping on the cart too.
